Charles Arnoldi

Angeles County Museum of Art the following year. He has been awarded two National Endowment for the Arts grants,
as well as a John Simon Guggenheim grant. He has exhibited his work all over the world and is in many major museum
collections, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Metropolitan
Museum. Arnoldi is represented by Charles Cowles Gallery in New York, Bobbie Greenfield Gallery in Santa Monica,
Imago Galleries in Palm Desert, Charlotte Jackson Fine Art in Santa Fe and Modernism in San Francisco. (www.

For over thirty years, Arnoldi has experimented with abstraction, using an amazing palette of vibrant colors and
an ever-evolving imagery in his paintings and works on paper. Orphan is a brilliant example of Arnoldi’s current exploration
of juxtaposing rectangles of dynamic colors side by side or blending into one another, creating a pleasing and
optimistic sense of disharmony.
The four lithographs and one woodcut come in a beautiful handmade portfolio or can be purchased individually. All proceeds benefit the renowned Frostig Center’s social skills program for children with learning disabilities and
Asperger’s Syndrome.
